In accordance with Executive Order #3, we are making open meetings accessible to the public via live Webcasting. After each meeting is Webcast live, it will be made available for thirty (30) days on demand at this site.

Fee Schedule:
There is no fee for a copy of a Webcast.
How to View an OTDA Webcast:
Whether you are on broadband or dial-up, you will still be able to watch the meetings. For live meetings, your media player will automatically choose the appropriate stream for you based on your connection speed.
Our video streams and video archives require either Windows Media Player
or Real Player

How to enable captioning for on demand videos:
Reloading the video may be necessary for captions to appear
Windows Media Player 11:
1. Choose "Play" on the top menu.
2. Choose "Lyrics, Captions & Subtitles" in the Play menu.
3. Select “On If Available.”
4. Select "Small Text" or “Large Text,” whichever is preferable.
Windows Media Player Versions 9 and 10:
1. Choose "Play" on the top menu.
2. Choose "Captions And Subtitles" in the Play menu.
3. Select "On If Available."
Windows Media Player Version 7:
1. Choose "View" on the top menu.
2. Choose "Now Playing Tools" in the View menu.
3. Select "Captions."
Windows Media Player Version 6.4:
1. Choose "View" on the top menu.
2. Select "Captions."
