Emergency Rental Assistance Program

The New York State Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) will provide significant economic relief to help low and moderate-income households at risk of experiencing homelessness or housing instability by providing rental arrears, temporary rental assistance and utility arrears assistance.

IRS Stimulus Payment

If you are not required to file taxes, you may need to use a new IRS tool to bring home an Economic Impact Payment. The IRS has created a simple form to submit your information to receive your payment of up to $1,200 per person and up to $500 per child. Learn more:
