2016 HHAC Technical Assistance Request for Qualifications

The Homeless Housing and Assistance Program (HHAP) statute allows for a portion of the annual appropriation to be expended on Technical Assistance (TA) to support the development and operation of HHAP housing projects. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is being conducted to establish a list of prequalified consultant professionals to be available for short-term TA assignments on an as-needed basis. The HHAP requires the services of licensed and credentialed specialists who can provide targeted services on an as needed and regional basis. Needed services include accounting and auditing services, title insurance and searches, appraisals, surveying, direct property management, architectural and engineering services, legal services, support services and program design, construction management and emergency repairs, site testing and abatement services, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit consultant services, and information technology.
- Earliest Date for Submission:
- Proposals are accepted for consideration on a continuous basis until HHAC suspends or terminates the open-ended RFP.
