Northeast Coalition of States (NCS) Electronic Benefits Transfer RFP

Description:

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to acquire Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) Services for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Women Infants and Children (WIC) and Cash programs administered by the Northeast Coalition of States (NCS). The States of Connecticut, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Maine and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts have joined to form the NCS for procuring a cost effective regional EBT System. The resulting contract(s) from this RFP will be for seven years with two optional one-year extensions. It is New York's intention to enter into two separate contractual agreements, one for SNAP and one for WIC. Other NCS states have the option to enter into one or two contracts.
