Important Message for Recipients Receiving SSP Benefits - April Payment Date Change for Direct Deposit

State Supplement Program (SSP) benefit direct deposit payments for April 2017 will be directly deposited on March 27, 2017. Paper checks are scheduled to arrive on or about March 31, 2017. This direct deposit payment schedule change is necessary to complete State Fiscal Year 2016-2017 closeout activities. This does not change the payment schedule for federal Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or any other benefits issued by the U.S. Social Security Administration. Please call the SSP Customer Support Center at 1-855-488-0541 between 8:30 am and 4:45 pm Monday through Friday if you have any questions.

What kind of bid/funding opportunities does OTDA provide?

OTDA uses contracts to provide needed programmatic services, information systems support and a variety of business services. Programmatic services provided include Child Support, Disability Determinations, Homeless Housing, Refugee and Immigrant Assistance and Transitional Support.

How do I apply for funding or bid on OTDA contracts?

You need to obtain a copy of the applicable Request for Proposals (RFP) or Invitation for Bids (IFB) and submit a response as required by the bid document. You will receive specific notices that RFP’s or IFB’s are available if you are listed on the OTDA Bidders List. You may apply by obtaining and submitting a completed Bidder Application Form, which may be obtained through the link provided or by calling the Bureau of Contract Management at (518) 486-6352.
