New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) is seeking to obtain banking services for each of the fifty-eight (58) local district Support Collection Units (SCUs) for whom the OTDA is contracting for Centralized Support Collection and Enforcement functions on their behalf, and to obtain banking services for the OTDA in support of Centralized Support Collection and Disbursement functions performed for Non-IV-D Services cases. A "Non-IV-D Services" case is a case in which a court has determined that income withholding for support is required and neither the employee/obligor nor the custodial party/obligee has applied for, or is receiving, Title IV-D child support services through their local SCU.
