Description:

The Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) is responsible for the oversight of financial assistance programs administered by the social service district office throughout the state as well as the Division of Disability Determinations (DDD). The administration of these programs requires program areas to provide forms, applications, and associated documents designed to collect information from individuals to determine eligibility. Additionally, a variety of letters and notices are system generated to make households aware of program requirements, changes to their case and/or benefits and, appeal rights should they disagree with a determination, and the decision made on the appeal.

The expected result of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to execute one, two-year contract with a single vendor for the production, printing, and delivery of envelopes in various sizes and specifications which are used to mail the required forms, application, notices, and determinations outlined above.
