Description:

New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified medical providers to establish sites in three separate Regions: Upstate New York, Downstate New York, and Western New York for the purpose of performing the State's mandatory medical examinations and ancillary testing of Claimants (persons applying for or currently receiving Social Security Disability or Supplemental Security Income benefits). Up to three (3) contracts will result from this RFP, one for each Region. Offerors must be able to provide the requested Consultative Exam (CE) services in all of the locations listed for each Region being bid upon.
