Strategic Operations supports OTDA's information technology portfolio and coordinates the agency's participation in the Integrated Eligibility System, an interagency initiative to integrate New York State's health and human services systems. Strategic Operations also houses OTDA's Internal Controls Program, which is responsible for ensuring that appropriate strategies are in place to mitigate agency risks. In addition, Strategic Operations is responsible for coordinating revisions to certain interagency forms and materials.
