Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), OTDA is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors for the administration of the New York State Child Support Enforcement program including: Payment Processing, Disbursement Processing, Notice Processing, New Hire Notification Processing, Data Capture Services, Putative Father Registry, Interactive Voice Response System, Customer Service, and Administration.
