- Summer EBT Outreach Flyer — Use this outreach flyer to education families about Summer EBT. It can be distributed electronically or printed by schools, community organizations, food banks and pantries, and any other organization that serves families with school-age children.
- Sample Newsletter Articles — Use these sample newsletter articles (short and long version) for email updates, newsletters, or website content to help educate families about Summer EBT.

- P20 Weekly Summer EBT Information for Schools – A summary of Summer EBT information for schools. This information was distributed to schools statewide by the New York State Education Department.
- Letter for Children Receiving Benefits on a New Card — This letter will be mailed to children who are automatically eligible for Summer EBT benefits and are being mailed a new benefit card. Summer EBT food benefit cards will be mailed separately at a later date.
- Letter for Children Receiving Benefits on an Existing Card — This letter will be mailed to children who are automatically eligible for Summer EBT benefits and will receive benefits on an existing card that was issued for P-EBT benefits.
