All procurements and funding decisions are made in accordance with applicable State Finance Law and/or Federal Regulations. - State Contracts
- Search for contracts that OTDA has with businesses, not-for-profit organizations and other governmental entities in effect April 1, 2012, or later. Includes both contracts approved by the Office of the State Comptroller and those that don't require approval by the Office.
- Limits on Executive Compensation-NYS Executive Order #38
- Effective July 1, 2013, limitations on administrative expenses and executive compensation contained in Governor Cuomo's Executive Order #38 and related regulations published by the OTDA, go into effect. To provide assistance with compliance regarding Executive Order #38 and the related regulations, New York State has developed an Executive Order #38 website to assist the impacted community, to find assistance with compliance and to file the required disclosure, go to: NYS Executive Order # 38 website. This website serves as a comprehensive resource on the regulatory limitations and compliance with those limitations, including guidance and assistance for providers, as well as, the ability to submit an application for a waiver from the regulatory requirements.
