Nurse Family Partnership SFY 2017-18

Nurse Family Partnership programs focus on improving the health, well-being and self-sufficiency of low income, first time mothers and their children. Such programs improve pregnancy outcomes by helping eligible first-time mothers and pregnant women engage in sound preventive health care, including prenatal care; improve child health and development by helping parents provide responsible and competent care; and, improve the self-sufficiency of the family by helping parents develop a vision for their own future, plan future pregnancies, continue their education and find employment.
